Work To Do
I'm making use of the long weekend (yes, I'm on leave tomorrow) to tidy up the house & throw away some unwanted stuff. Started at 4 pm today & I'm almost done with the bedroom. So I'll do the other room tomorrow. If I have the time, I'll do the living room as well.
I've already started on the DVDs, VCDs & CDs. I realised that I have quite a few of Donnie Yen's recent movies like 7 Swords, Hero & Dragon Tiger Gate. I have yet to watch Painted Skin so I think I'll buy it together with Ip Man. I even have older shows like Butterfly and Sword & Iron Monkey. I 1st noticed him from Hero & after watching it, I went to get his older movies. Guess I'm really crazy about him.
Pigging out from 24th Dec all the way to 31st Dec means I have to put in extra effort to shed the extra weight I put on over the festive season. Sobz. I don't even dare to step on the weighing scale. I took 1 mth from 24th Nov to 24th Dec to lose 3 kg & I don't want my efforts to go down the drain. Still, I couldn't help but stuff myself yesterday at L&E's New Year Eve party. :P
38% of my body is fats & normal range is less than 20%. So you see, I have a long way to go. I don't need to be skinny skinny but to be of normal weight, I need to be between 45 to 55 kg. So I'm aiming for in between at 50 kg. I have 13 kg more to go provided I didn't gain any weight from the 1 week of pigging out. Shitty right? Wow, to think that 2 years ago during my ROM, I was 74 kg! 1 year ago, I lost 8 kg to 66 kg & regained 2 kg but maintained my weight at 68 kg till recently. When I seriously started my dieting on 24th Nov, I weighed 66 kg. I was given a goal of 10 kg in 3 mths. Hope I can keep this up.
People should be able to start noticing the difference when I drop my weight to 60 kg putting my weight loss at 6 kg. But I know I won't be happy till I reach my target. Join me & we cheer & motivate one another shall we?
