Smelly O!
I took half day off since I wasn't assigned to any theatre. Went to NTUC coz I wanted to get cherry tomatoes & apples for dehydration. I tried my luck at the pork section & I saw pig's heart! I grabbed 4 out of the 5 on the shelf.
You would think that in my line of work, there's nothing I've yet to smell & not tolerate. But I tell you, the pig's heart is really tokong! It's terrible! The smell is simply nauseating! The only thing I can do is to quickly finish slicing them off & quickly wash my hands. The stink lingers on my fingers still. Yucks! Iris, I don't know how you tolerate it. It smells nice after drying but when it's raw, it's super yucks!
I ran out of trays & can only dry tomatoes. 1 heart took up 1 tray. 4 hearts = 4 trays. So no space for apples. Looks like I gotta go get some trays soon. I just don't know how many to buy.

LOL! smelly ah? dunno, im prolly immuned to it rdy. either that or im really nt dat gd wit smells lol. all of the meats smell juz bout the same to me leh, haha :S
but neh mind, u'll get used to all of 'em soon juz for ur dogs' sake. hehe...
