Total Damage To My Diet
I finally mastered the courage to weigh myself this morning so I can find out what's the total damage to my diet. Woke up, went to pee & tadah! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. 64.3 kg so I put on about 1 kg. Before the start of the Christmas season, I was 63+ kg & I threw away the 2008 calendar where I wrote my weight on! So no way to verify exactly how much I gained.
Nevermind, 1 kg should be easy to shed. But that will mean that I probably won't hit my 3 kg target for this month since I'm supposed to weigh 60 kg by the 24th Jan. That's like roughly 3 weeks. I'll try adding in some form of exercise in an attempt to speed up the weight loss. Time to make use of the Wii Fit!
Ton Ton's birthday is fast approaching. He'll be 3 on the 13th Jan. It's especially at times like these that I remember how he used to be when I 1st brought him home. Why do I love him so much even though he's so heartless? He will follow whoever's carrying food & completely forget about my existence. Becoz... he's such a silly dog. When he comes out from under the table or bed, he never fails to knock his head with a loud "KOK!". He totally loves me & he always wants to be near me.
Puggy must be the most irritating dog ever! He has energy life span a few hundred times longer than energizer battery & he makes noise like a monkey. When you want to pet or stroke him, he tries to scratch the hell out of you. If you bend down over him, he tries to eat your hair. But he is totally devoted to me. He hardly leaves my side when we're out. He doesn't wander off to beg for food like Ton Ton does & being the glutton he is, it's really amazing. He rather sit on the other side of the glass door when I'm in Enrica's kitchen & when he gets tired of waiting for me, he tries to join me by pushing the door (to no avail). He hardly plays with other dogs, preferring to sit or lie down next to me. When he gives me the "oh I'm so poor thing" look, I can't help but melt. He's turning 2 on 29th Mar. He isn't the easiest dog to live with from the time I brought him home. Through basic obedience, he improved somewhat. So I'll enroll him in intermediate & maybe 1 day we'll be able to do jumpers & agility for fun. I'll like to push him & see what he can achieve. Everyone says Pugs are difficult to train. Books say Pugs are lap dogs. He proved them all wrong. So he is special & 1 in a million to me.
