Quicky Updates

Phew... I finally survived the week! I'm so sad that I didn't get the chance to celebrate Ton Ton's birthday with him on the 13th Jan, Tues. You'll see why. Brief breakdown of what happened the entire week.

12th Jan, Mon: 8 - 5 pm shift, OT till 6.30 pm
13th Jan, Tues: 7 - 4 pm shift, on call till 10 pm
14th Jan, Wed: 8 - 5 pm shift, OT till 6.40 pm
15th Jan, Thurs: 7 - 4 pm shift, OT till 4.30 pm
16th Jan, Today: 7 - 4 pm shift, claimed 1 hour so went off at 3 pm
17th Jan, Tmr: Off, but need to attend lecture from 8.30 - 11 am

So in the span of 4 days, I earned 9 hrs 40 mins of time off from doing OT. My gosh! I come back home so shagged everyday. Too shagged to do anything other than shower & sleep. I was just lucky that the on call phone didn't ring on Tues. I already stayed back till 10 pm. If I had to be recalled back in the middle of the night, I'll die. FIY, I still have to report to work at 8 am the next day no matter what time I end my call. My colleagues once kena stayed till 1 am, reached home at 2 am, wake up at 6 am to report to work at 8 am the next day. Siong!

Thinking of making bakua for the dogs. I'll use minced pork but how to make it sweet? Maybe minced prawns, red apples & wolfberries. Then spread it thinly over the mesh & dehydrate it. Maybe can even make pineapple tarts for them if I ever get the time. Prawn rolls will be simple to make. Use minced heibi with spring roll sheets & bake. But heibi is salty & needs to be soaked so in the end, all that trouble & they can only eat a few. Haha.

I bought a hair curler in late Nov or early Dec but haven't been very successful in making my hair "can see people". Been trying to master my hair curling skills & I think I finally got it. But it's still a long way to perfection.

Other than that, I'm currently hooked on Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. So I'm playing it every chance I got though I haven't played at all the entire week becoz of all the OT I did. The dreaded CNY is on the way & I'm so not looking forward to another round of "When are you going to have children?" from relatives. I already have. They just have extra 2 legs.
