Look What's For Dinner!
I've officially started Ton Ton on full BARF today. Puggy is on semi BARF as Jeff absolutely forbids it. We headed down to Tekka Market at 8+ am & had breakfast at the hawker centre before heading over to the wet market. They haven't even chopped out the chicken wing tips & asked us to return 30 mins later. So we went to Sheng Siong which is just across the road. There I bought celery, watercress, mutton tripe, avocados, soursop & champedak (last 3 items were for ourselves) . The stall only had 1.6 kg of wing tips so we took all of it.
When we reached home at 11 am, I bathed Wang Wang coz I wouldn't be able to do so until 2 weeks later. We drove over to TJV & deposited him there. At Shop & Save there, we bought potato chips (for tomorrow's Mahjong session) before going home.
Finally, I had some time to do my own things. I worked out how much food each dog should be getting & packed for tomorrow's meal. Each dog has his own tupperware with his name on it. I put in the amount of wing tips, meat & veggies they should be getting & put into the freezer. Then I seperated the remaining wing tips into smaller bags. I manged to pack into 4 bags which will last 4 days. & I had excess of 13 wing tips which is barely enough for 2 dogs.
Puggy is on semi BARF. So he'll get wing tips raw for morning meal but his meat & veggies cooked for dinner. But I was explaining how to feed them to my mom & she agreed to feed Puggy full BARF & will only cook the meat & veggies if Jeff is at home. It's the best solution we can come up with. This is how it looks like when I fed Puggy. The meal consists of 10% veggies & 30% meat & tripe. The veggies look like it's a lot coz I added too much water when blending it. Anyway, Puggy drinks quite little so it's a good way to increase his fluid intake. You can't see the meat coz it's all minced up & greenish from the veggies. There's no wing tips coz I fed it to him in the afternoon.

Here are some old pictures that I took early last month but didn't put up. Ton Ton wasn't even groomed yet & he went for grooming the day before my photo shoot so the pictures were taken before 17th July. :X

puggy looks so cute haha. wang looks a lil' skinny? or zit the pix.
oh yah, u might wanna go to tekka @ a later time to get the tips. most of the time i go @ bout 12plus pm. n can normally get bout 7-10kg of tips each time. cuz too early nt yet chopped up. ;p
