Headaches...

Been having nose bleeds almost daily for the past 2 weeks so much so that I just know when it's gonna start. It frequently happens in the morning while washing my face. I've taken to washing my nose area gently & I've been nose bleed free for 1 day.

Had frontal headache for the past 2 days too. It was especially bad yesterday. It felt like there's a lot of pressure inside my forehead above my nose. Gave me slight giddiness & nausea. Got back home & slept very early. Felt a lot better in the morning.

Bad day at work. Now having headache again. Hai... Perhaps I should sleep early again tonight. Feeling down. Sleep now.
