My Favourite Sky...
I think I've posted some of the pictures before, especially the 1st few. I love how beautiful the random clouds placement against the different shades of blue are. In our busy daily routines, how many times do we look up & appreciate the beauty of the sky?
Taken in Sentosa on 1 of the beach trips. Think sunny, sand & sea.
Taken from Yew Tee MRT station. Dark clouds. Think sad. Cooling but sorrowful.
Looks fake. But everyone knows that I know nuts about photography & photo editing. A shot taken from my kitchen window.
Taken on 22nd April on the Kranji Park trip. Lots of clouds. But it was a hot day.
Kranji Beach. The buildings on the other side of the sea belongs to JB. Looks overcast but we were all sweating like mad.
Still taken on 22nd April. Looks brighter now. Reflection of the sky on the water. Beautiful eh?Looking at the sky never fails to amaze me. Coz you know you share the same sky as the people on the other side of the world, yet how very different our eyes shall see. That the 'blue' sky is actually the dark as midnight universe & beyond. And becoz the universe is beyond our ability to truly fathom, it demonstrates how very little & small we are. How very fragile life is.
Have you ever listened to someone's heartbeat? It's so very 'full of life' yet so very sad. Once it cease to beat, the person you love & care for will be gone forever. No longer will you feel his touch & hear him share his thoughts. Memories you've been forging together will come to an end. The finality of death. How I wish we can be together for eternity. How I wish that life will never end. In death, all things petty becomes so very childish. We get angry over the smallest matters. We say nasty things with the intention to hurt. What does it achieve? It all fades when life comes to an end.
Look up at the sky today & feel how I feel. It's a wonderful yet sorrowful experience.
