Puggy For OT?

Puggy is 1 yr 4 mths old. The thought of sending him for obedience training has crossed my mind many times but I've never put thoughts into action. I know it won't change his behaviour & character much if any. But I was hoping that it can at least make him more obedient & obey commands. At the same time, I have doubts that he'll behave better & that's why I've been procrastinating.

If I were ever to start for him, I hope I can follow through to at least intermediate level where he trains off leash. He has proven long ago when he was still a puppy that he could do it although along the way he probably thought he can do without me. I remember this outing where he stayed by my side no matter where I go without the leash. This is something I wish for Ton Ton as well but he's too soft, too timid for me to bear making him undergo choke chain training.

I'm thinking of going down to CD trainers tomorrow or a Sunday soon, make some enquiries & observe how they conduct the training. I believe Puggy has the potential to be a good boy & who doesn't enjoy the company of a well behaved dog? 1 thing I doubt any amount of training will change is his anxiety for food.
