How To Motivate Yourself To Lose Weight

Eeeks! I put on weight! I found a good motivator. A Primary Sch friend added me on Facebook just 2 days ago. This was a guy I used to have a crush on. Looking through his friends list, I found several other friends from Primary & Secondary Sch. All the girls are either the same (those thin ones) or lost a great deal of weight (the bigger sized ones). I'm the only 1 who's fatter than before. In Secondary, my heaviest was 58 kg. I can't believe that 3 yrs ago I was 74 kg! Gosh!

I'll be so paiseh if I run into them ever again. Everyone became gorgeous & I became uglier. It's gotta end. Let me feast 1 more time tomorrow coz I'll be away on the durian tour. It begins on Sun. Follow the detox cum partial fast strictly. No more excuses. Find time to exercise even if it's low impact like cycling or walking Puggy. I'm so dead! I wanna be 50 kg!

Ooh, btw, I went to see O&G liao. I had to do the dreaded PAP smear, took some blood for hormones & rubella. Will be doing gynae scan on arrival on my next appointment. I wanna know what's wrong with me. The Dr said most likely PCO. She told me to drop to at least 55 kg (my normal weight for my height).

Ok, I better keep looking at my old friends' photos to motivate myself. 50 kg ok?
