MIL's House: Day 1

Met up with L&E at our request yesterday. A guy wanted to view our van. Short story, he didn't buy it. Anyway, we went to Aston & had the Extra Cut that E has been raving about. 2 words. Cheap & good! I don't think I'll ever go Jack's place again!

We had a gorging day. My cheap bones woke me up at 7.55 am this morning. Why can't I ever sleep past 8 am? I cooked the red bean tang yuan I bought yesterday at Sembawang Shopping Centre. I ate & watched Charmed. Yes, again! Brought my parents to Crystal Jade at Jurong Point for a belated Mother's Day celebration. Walked around a bit at NTUC before finally heading home. Packed my stuff & walked over with Jeff.

My BIL & his wife were watching VCDs that they've rented & eating dinner that they've cooked. We took a cab down to Mt E where Jeff's grandpa is warded. He told all 4 of us to have children soon. Yup, he mentions it everytime he sees us. Came back & they decided that since we came over, they're going to head home.

Now it's just me & Jeff. Dang! I didn't bring my usual home clothes coz I thought they'll be around. I've put my name up for Tuesday leave. Hope I can get it. Jeff doesn't have school on that day & if I'm granted, I'll bring Ton over tomorrow after work. I also brought my dehydrator with me since BPP is just opposite. I want to try squid! There're also many apples in the fridge so I better clear it too.

It'll be convenient for me to go to work & come back. Yeah! I'll have air con but we'll see how since Jeff always wakes up with bad sneezing after sleeping in air con room. There's nobody but us so we can leave the room door open & the air can circulate.

I'll leave the chores for tomorrow. I'm so tired right now. I'll just wash the cups in the sink 1st & keep some of the pots & pans they used. It's overcrowding the dish drying rack. Ok, better go do it now so I can go sleep!
