DIY Pedicure

Since I never seem to have the time to go for 1, I decided to do it myself. Claimed time to come home early today. Wanted to bring Puggy for training immediately so I can have the rest of the evening off. But the afternoon sun is too hot. So guess I gotta wait till around 6 pm. Probably will go take a nap later.

On my way back, I stopped at BPP's Watson & got myself a pencil eyeliner since I can't seem to get it right with the liquid 1. Also got nail file for my toe nails & toe separator. I already have the dead skin scraper & moisturizer for cracked heels. Then I went to NTUC & got 3 cartons of Nutrisoy Sugar Free Soya Bean Milk & 2 slices of fish.

Ya, I'm starting the Herbalife again & today's day 1 upon much per persuasion by my colleague who's been on the diet for 3 months. She lost I think 3 kg which isn't a lot but her greatest loss is in inches. She lost 3 inches off her waist already. Wow right? I can only lose 1 inch off my waist every 3 to 4 kg lost. I thought, what the heck, I still have 3.5 bottles of the Herbalife left, might as well make the best use of it.

So I'm drinking it for breakfast & lunch. Then the fish is for dinner. I'm baking it in my MIL's chilli. As for vege, I'll eat whatever my mom cooks. Ya, I know, it sucks not being able to eat whatever I want. No choice lah. The Herbalife is ex so I must make sure it works.

I'm broke but yet I find myself planning for another short trip. I guess once you start travelling, you can't stop. I wanna go those seaside place next. Like Bintan or Bali or something. I wanna try snorkeling & waking up to sunrise on the horizon & lazing around on the beach doing nothing. The only problem I have is not being able to confirm my leave. I could go during my birthday week but I'm working on the 27th. So there's a break in the weekend. & I'm afraid Dec is rainy season.

Ok, be going off to file my nails now or there'll be no nap time for me. I hope Puggy performs well during training today & master his stand on command & recall sitting position & perfect his auto sit.
