Wedding Preps

1 month & 3 days to our wedding day. It'll be an ROM cum partial customary wedding. We haven't really gone through what the plan will be like on that day. But this is what I think it'll be like:

6.30 am: Jeff collects the rental car & drives over to pick me up.
6.45 am: We'll reach his house & we'll serve tea to his immediate family.
8.00 am: We'll drive back to my house & do the tea ceremony with my relatives.
10.00 am: Hopefully we'll be able to complete the tea ceremony by now.

11.30 am: We'll head off to the bridal studio.
12.00 pm: We have to reach the studio by 12.15 pm. At this point, Jeff will leave me at the studio & head down to Chin Swee to pick up an old family friend who has mobility problem.
12.15 pm to 1.30 pm: I'll be fitted with my gown w/o train & veil. The gown may/may not be altered depending on whether it fits me or not while I get my hair & make up done.
2.15 pm: We have to get to Goodwood Park Hotel as the solemnization will start at 2.30 pm.
2.45 pm onwards: High tea following the solemnization.

Things not settled & needed to be done asap:
1. Confirm number of pax coming for the high tea.
2. Confirm the reservation for the high tea by heading down to pay deposit.
3. Contact the solemnizer to sign the solemnizer consent form.
4. Tidy up the house!!!
5. Time to search for the 'Xi' stickers.

Things to do closer to the actual day:
1. Make reservation for the rental car.
2. Collect documents from ROM office on 6th Dec.

I can't think of anything else at the moment. We'll do our photo shoot after the ROM, probably some day in Dec or Jan. A real budget wedding. Haha. But I really rather the money goes to the future flat (reno & furnitures = min. 30k). Honeymoon? Maybe much later bah...
