Weight Issue!

Hey, hey! I'm back! This post will be dedicated to weight management coz it's been very very long since I updated on this. Like I mentioned before, my weight's really stagnant. I know weight is very secretive to many people. But nvm lah, I shall post it so you guys can stress me into losing weight.

I've started weighing myself again after such a long time. Months in fact. For the past few days it's been 66.4 to 66.5 kg. This morning I weighed 66.2 kg. So not much of a difference lah. But my menses is here so it isn't really accurate since I always weigh 1 to 2 kg heavier during menses from the water retention.

Let me share my diet menu so all can benefit from it. You can also do some exchanges so it doesn't get too boring eating the same thing everyday.

1. Sandwich with lettuce, japanese cucumber, tomato, cheese & salmon spread (No choice lah, we bought 10 cans for $6 & have to finish it.)

2. Glucerna milk (It's actually used for giving extra calories or for tube feeding in the hospital specially for diabetic patients becoz of the lower GI [glycemic index]. I use it to replace a meal.)

I've been eating the sandwich for breakfast & lunch for the past week. I haven't been taking the Glucerna but I'll start soon. A dietician actually suggested to Jeff to take just 3 servings of Glucerna for fast weight loss. But as someone who has taken Cambridge Diet strictly for 5 days, I can tell you it's very difficult to maintain this diet. Coz you're constantly hungry & craving for food but all you can take is the meal replacement. I'm planning something different for tomorrow's dinner. I'll be making spring roll with rice paper. I've prepared Koo Chye (my fav!), bean sprouts, lettuce & minced meat as the filling.

I'm no angel lah. I'm very vain. So I'm ashamed to say that I'm trying to lose weight mostly becoz I want to look good. Of course there's the health issue too lah. Alrighty! I'm feeling hungry & hypo now. I better go sleep. I need to wake up at 5+ am to prepare breakfast for Jeff. It's corn on the cob for breakfast tomorrow! Yummy!
