Sobz
I'm so sad! My order has been 'lost in transit'! Sobz... The estimated date of delivery was 5th Feb but becoz it was so close to CNY, I kept waiting, hoping that the package arrived in Sg late on 5th Feb & that the delay was caused by the half work day on 6th Feb, followed by CNY & the weekends. But as of today, the delay has been more than a week.
So I sent an email & was told that I'll be refunded for the original shipment & a replacement order will be made for me with charges. Why can't they not refund me & just use the original amount for the replacement? I sure hope they're not charging me extra.
