Bad Experience at Pawtobello
Brought Ton Ton out yesterday to Pawtobello. My gosh! I drove for an hour straight before I could find the place. The GPS would fail to pick up the signal at the crucial turns or tells me to turn where there's no road to turn into or miscalculate the distance & asked me to turn but it's actually the next turn.
Anyway, I won't be going back to that place again. The attitude of the staff had tremendously deteoriated since my previous (which was also my 1st) visit there. Upon entering, I was greeted by this young lad who asked me if I had any reservation. He neither smiled nor greeted & the impression he gave me was as if he was going to throw me out if I didn't have any.
The staff were too busy standing around chit chatting for us to get their attention for orders. Lastly, as Jon & his friends arrived earlier, they told the staff to combine the charges in 1 bill. We arrived later & proceeded to order. As we have to leave earlier, we requested for payment. The cashier gave us a black face when we wanted to separate the bill. He said," We already asked you if you wanted to separate the bill when you came!". Jon even apologised to the cashier for the inconvenience but he didn't even respond! I mean, no matter how angry you are, when someone, especially a customer apologises, isn't it basic courtesy to reply "It's ok." or "No problem at all." or something?

i hate pawtobello!!! the staffs there are unfriendly and the face is as black as charcoal.. and worst, the food can take up to 2 hrs long.. boo.. i passed by the kitchen and i saw the waiter throwing the poo poo into the kitchen dustbin. jus a kitchen towel that covered part of the poo.. and the dustbin had no lid.. eeeeeeeeeeee... they cook with the poo poo. if they make me tulan, i will go to stomp and NEA!!! and make sure they close down fast and go back to HK for good shit!!!!
