Weird Dreams

I had a weird dream just prior to waking up this morning. I was touring Europe with J & S. We were on a ?mountain over looking a castle in ruin. There was snow on the ground. We decided to rest for the night. J & I settled into a crevice in the mountain wall & covered ourselves in layers of blanket. S decided to sleep out in the open. I offered to pitch a tent for him but he declined. The tent was foldable into a handbag. (???)

Next thing I knew, we were in a friend's flat borrowing her toilet. The flat was in the castle. Or rather, the castle was actually a block of flats. On the outside, it looks like the normal stone walled castle. But when we were inside, it looked like any ordinary HDB flat. We didn't stay long but wanted to return to our camp site.

When we got downstairs, we were approached by a guy for assistance in solving a crime. (Ok, I know where this part came from. I was reading a book about a female police officer being kidnapped & her eyes glued shut. She had 13 hours to solve a crime with the help of a fellow detective on the outside. She was allowed calls from her partner 3 times in an hour. But her location couldn't be traced. The partner is calling her hp which was connected to a house phone where she was kept. The kidnapper did it by routing her hp signal to many different locations & finally back to the house by a complicated computer system. There was no way to trace the call as the signals were coming from overseas.) So in my dream, this guy was telling us that he had found a way to trace the call but he lacked the manpower so he enlisted our help.

That was the last part of the dream before the morning work alarm woke me up. I had no control over the 1st part of the dream. I don't even know where the idea came from. The last part came from a detective novel I had been reading for the past 2 days. I managed to finish reading it just earlier. Maybe it just means, "Stop reading so much!". LOL.
