Itching Everywhere
Just as I've expected, I managed to sleep through the night last night. I did wake up a few times during the night but each time I was able to fall back asleep very very soon. Seconds? I'm off today you see. I seriously think that my job is killing me. I clocked in 31 hours of OT for March. My mom says that it's good coz I'll get more money this month. My belief? What's the use of the extra money if you don't have the life to spend it?
Today, I heard more stories about our difficult life. A colleague said that a Dr kept shouting and yelling at them until he lost his voice the next day. Another said the Dr hit them hard on the arm till it hurts just to get them to get him something within his reach. My own experience was, serveral different Drs used the instrument to hit me on my hand just to pass it back to me. I mean, you can just put it within my reach or just leave it there and I'll collect it. You don't have to do that. Or the Dr will throw the instrument at me for me to keep. Even if it doesn't hit me, it may drop. Then will you blame me for not taking care of the instruments? Becoz getting another 1 once it drop may be difficult at times as it may be unavailable.
There're lots of people like my mom who think of Drs as "gods". Placing them so high up in the pedestal that their head has become way too large for their body. So they just step over us as if we're nothing more than dirt on the ground. 1 thing I've noticed is that the Drs who receive the most praises from patients are the absolute demons. There's a reason why... There was once this Dr was very nasty to me. The moment the patient woke up, she did a 360 degree change in attitude and became very nice to the patient. You will never have believe that just a few moments ago, she was so malicious in her words.
Alrighto! Enough for a day. Thinking of catching a movie later in the night. Until next time!
